My review of Cos RX Acne patch and results.

How often do you pick your face? Or have you ever planned to go for an interview or event and a few days before, you notice this annoying acne? Then keep reading for an affordable and effective solution.

The Cos Rx acne patch does not only prevent you from incessantly touching your face, but it also has healing properties because it contains hydrocolloid.

Cos RX pimple patch review

First Impression/ Packaging

I loved the white flat pack it comes in. It has a simple design and is very lightweight. That means it can fit into a mini bag for travel with no stress. I like that the benefits are written on the pack too.

Inside the pack is the sheet that contains the patches. They’re almost transparent and feel like little bandages.

My experience

Korean skincare products are fast gaining a spot in my heart. I had seen this review and wasn’t sure where to find it. From the article, it seemed too good to be true. I remember reading some DIY tips and tricks for those pimples that seemed to appear the night before a major event. Anyways, I made a mental note to get it someday since I’m acne-prone.

One day, I found it on Jumia and purchased it. Ps- you can get yours here for more discount this Black Friday.

My first try was when I noticed this big zit on my cheek area (their favorite spot). After my night routine, I used a patch almost the size of the zit. I like that it sticks on the skin like a little band-aid. I noticed that it reduced the redness (inflammation) and the size of the zit. Seeing the content of the acne come out with the patch was remarkable. That’s the same result as popping a pimple, but with no bacteria spread and dark scars.

I also prefer to use the Cosrx acne patch at night for two reasons.

The first is I don’t have to explain why something strange is on my face. The second is the sweet surprise I get when I take it off in the morning. It feels surreal!

Pros

  • It is lightweight.
  • Can be used for both males and females (like most skincare products can, actually).
  • Can be cute gift for a skincare lover.
  • Very true to its claims.
  • Reusable (if patch has no grime, but i prefer to use it once).

Cons

None that I know of.

Results

My acne was well reduced and it felt like I didn’t have any blemish there prior.

It also prevented me from touching my face (most times, because I still indulge once in a while) and less hyperpigmentation in turn. I would like to mention that this review is on hormonal acne, not cystic acne, so I can’t say if it works for the latter, although this article says so.

Will I be getting this again? Definitely. It does what it’s meant to do and I’ll rate it a 4.5/5

Have you used an acne patch before? Will you like to try it?
